📜 Terms & Conditions for Billing Software Registration

1. Registration & Renewal

   • The billing software is registered for 1 year from the date of activation.

   • Renewal charges of ₹2,360 will apply for the next year.

2. Renewal Process

   • Renewal payments will be collected manually by our authorized agent before the due date.

   • Customers are requested to keep their contact details updated for smooth renewal communication.

3. Updates & Notifications

   • All future software updates, service alerts, and new feature information will be shared with customers.

   • To receive day-to-day updates, customers are encouraged to join our official WhatsApp channel.

4. Support & Assistance

   • Technical support will be provided during business hours through our support team.

   • For urgent issues, please contact our helpdesk via email or WhatsApp.

5. Non-Payment Clause

   • Failure to renew before the due date may result in suspension of software services until payment is completed.
